Terms of Service

By uploading, submitting, posting, or displaying any information, images, media, or content (collectively, "User Content") on Artist Hub Thailand better known as AHT (the "Website"), vendors, organizers, and end-clients (collectively, "Users") acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own sole discretion, risk, and free will.

All communications, negotiations, agreements, contracts, and transactions conducted between Users—whether initiated, facilitated, or completed within the Website or through external channels—are made entirely at the Users' own discretion and risk.

The developers, owners, personnel, operators, and affiliates of Artist Hub Thailand do not act as a party, mediator, or guarantor to these interactions. Users are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into any financial or professional commitments.

Users explicitly warrant that their use of the Website, the services they offer, the communications they send, and the content they upload strictly comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Specifically, non-Thai national Users warrant that they hold valid legal work permits, visas, and any necessary professional licenses required to conduct their business or perform their services under the Emergency Decree on Non-Thais' Working Management and all other relevant Thai labor laws.

Artist Hub Thailand maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal, harmful, or exploitative content. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or communicating any content that involves, promotes, or facilitates:

The abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or endangerment of women, children, or any vulnerable individuals.

Pornography, explicit adult content, or sexually obscene material.

The solicitation of sex, escort services, or any form of unlawful commercial sex work.

If Artist Hub Thailand, in its sole discretion, deems or suspects that a User has violated the zero-tolerance policy outlined in Section 4, or has engaged in any unlawful activity, the platform reserves the absolute right to:

Immediately and permanently ban the offending User from the Website and all associated services without prior notice.

Terminate the User's account and remove all uploaded Content.

Report the individual(s) and hand over all relevant data, communications, and access logs to the Royal Thai Police, the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), and other relevant Thai authorities for criminal prosecution.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers, creators, owners, operators, personnel, and all affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees of Artist Hub Thailand from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Any unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing User Content or communications transmitted by the User.

Any violation of Thai law, including labor, immigration, intellectual property, or criminal codes.

Disputes arising from transactions between vendors, organizers, and end-clients.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Thailand, the developers, personnel, and affiliates of Artist Hub Thailand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenues, resulting from the conduct, communications, transactions, or content of any User on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Ownership: The user retains ownership of their uploaded portfolio/art, but warrants that users are the original creator or have legal rights to use it.

Grant of License: Users grant Artist Hub Thailand a "non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license" to host, display, and promote their content on the website and social media.

IP Infringement: We will remove any content immediately if you receive a credible report of copyright infringement.

Users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to all content they upload. Artist Hub Thailand does not claim ownership of user content; however, by uploading content, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Website.

Explicit Consent: By using the site, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Purpose: Clearly state that data (like work permits) is collected solely for verification and legal compliance and will not be sold to third parties.

Right to Erasure: We have the right to request the deletion of their personal data if they leave the platform.

Self-Verification Disclaimer: "Artist Hub Thailand provides a platform for connection. While we require non-Thai ID holders to hold legal work permits, we do not guarantee the authenticity of every document uploaded. End-clients and organizers are responsible for their own due diligence before hiring."

Identity & Professional Status: You acknowledge that Artist Hub Thailand is not a background check service. We do not independently verify the professional standing, legal status, or identity of all Users. You agree that any reliance on information provided by other Users is at your own risk.

No Agency/Partnership: State that Artist Hub Thailand is a directory/marketplace only, not an employer, agent, or partner of any user.

Payment Disputes: All financial transactions are strictly between the User and the Client. Artist Hub Thailand and its affiliates are not liable for any lost deposits, non-payment, or breach of service contracts.

Notice and Takedown: If any user sees content that is defamatory, false, or threatening, they must report it to you. We reserve the right to remove any content that "disturbs the peace or violates the moral standards of Thailand" without prior notice.

Artist Hub Thailand, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or "bugs" that may occur. We provide the platform "as-is" and make no warranties regarding the continuous availability of the website.
